Practioners Mental Health Clinical Research Partnership
The Knowledge Recovery Institute Initiative (KRFI) on Global Mental Health program collaborates with American Society for Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University (CASA at the Columbia University) are informing a strategic collaboration to advance Ibogaine-medically assisted therapy as a scientifically validated treatment for addiction and mental health disorders under the U.S. FDA Clinical Trial IND framework.

We recognize addiction as a chronic public health disease, not a moral failing. Together, they aim to integrate Indigenous knowledge, pharmaceutical transparency, and evidence-based neuroscience to address the global addiction crisis and promote ethical, sustainable biomedicine.

KRFI works with global good clinical practice (GCP) protocol partners with social and health equity protocol to bring detox, after-care and supportive treatment of ibogain and Psychedelics (Psilocybin, 5 Meo DMT, DMT, Ayahyasca and other) entheogens for PTSD, Trauma and depression for veterans, and individuals challenged with addiction. KRFI Ibogaine clinical trial for OUD/SUD treatments aims integrate AI/ML/VR in realtime medical data generation to facilitate an effective patient base mental health therapeutics database in compliance to HIPPA and EHRs guidelines to enhance outcome.

KRFI has been engaged in the challenges of economic natural products medicine and its place in the global Traditional and indigenous medicine since 1989. We offers online courses aimed at facilitators and mental health professionals to build a certified and safer practices for entheogens.

Krypta PV research tool be utilized as a vocational rehabilitation for the OUD/SUD mental health therapist and their tool for research in the grant to expand vocational specialists working in coordination with OUD/SUD and recovery program.
