KRFI American ibogaine initiative is composed of harm reduction, for integrative medical practice for OUD/ SUD /AUD therapy that is in medically assisted therapy. KRFI aim to bring Health Equity to Tribal Opioid response and Veterans therapy for Trauma and PTSD.

KRFI is launching Ibogaine FDA CT for the treatment of mental health conditions for Opioid Use Disorder and Substance Use disorder, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and Parkinson' Disease.  Ibogaine initative has been a 45 year in the legislative development in New York State.  First ever clinical studies launched in Panama by Howard Lotsof and has been steadily increasing with studies in Denmark, Canada, Brazil, Spain 2020 Ibogaine studies examining the efficacy of ibogaine for opioid dependence and detox from methadone by ICEERS.

There are many studies since 1990’s with exponential growth in the scientific reviews and literature publications that have examined the subjective effects of ibogaine as non psychedelics synthetic compounds Such as MC-18 and others,  Todate, the Botanical Drug Formulation and Standardized Extract has been widely applied into the current studies.  The Ibogaine stand to the challenges for Poly Drug withdrawal efficacy studies.
